The administration of the tincture of Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris in water has rendered recurrent urinary stone producers free from stones for many years. The author has explained a clinical case of kidney stones. The patient having complications of flank pain, anorexia, nausea and vomiting was operated to remove the calculus and was discharged on a low cystine diet. He was given Thlaspi tincture 5 drops before each meal. He continued without stones for next 21 years. The author also suggested that low potencies of most medications will not interfere with the action of the constitutional medicine.
