The author has illustrated two clinical cases of renal colic and appendicitis in this paper. The patient having the problem of renal colic was given Belladonna 1M, but with no relief and then colocynth 200 was administered without much relief. On repertorization the case, Ocimum can was given in 30 potency with half hourly repetition with one dose patient was fast asleep, then no recurrence was happened.
