In order to access public to
submit their grievances , a Public Grievances Cell has been set up at
headquarters office, New Delhi. Apart from this, a complaint box has been
installed at the premises of all Institutes and Units under the Council, so that
public can put their complaints in the box addressing to the Public Grievances Officer.
The complaint box is used to open once in a month by the respective Officer In charge
of the Institutes / Units of the Council and report is being sent to the
Public Grievances Officer. Quarterly Report of the Public Grievances is also
being sent to the Deptt. of AYUSH for information and necessary action.
The public can also send their
grievances by e-mail or fax .
