It
is a common creeping troublesome weed spreading more in rainy
season. It is found all over India. It has two varieties i.e.
white flowered & red flowered. In Homoeopathy white flowered
variety in mainly used. It is called Punarnava due to
its quality of renovation from the almost old dead root in subsequent
season.
